Sous Chef, Windsor | 25–35 Hours per Week
We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen at LEE LEE, Windsor.
LEE LEE is an independent neighbourhood restaurant serving bold, eclectic food in a fast-paced, fresh food kitchen. We care about great ingredients, proper cooking and creating a brilliant experience for every guest.
This role would suit an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie who’s ready to step up.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a busy, fresh food kitchen (independent restaurant experience is a real advantage).
- Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure.
- Takes pride in consistency and attention to detail.
- Enjoys being part of a small, ambitious team.
- Can start as soon as possible.
This is a part-time position of less than 35 hours per week, so it’s ideal for someone looking for a better work-life balance or who prefers fewer hours. Weekend commitment is essential and we seek an immediate start.
Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
