We are looking for someone with a shining personality and a can do attitude to join our team at The Heart of England.
You will enjoy helping customers and ensuring their needs are fully met, and they leave with a positive lasting impression. They will be able to remain calm whilst working under pressure and work in a methodical manner.
Ideally candidates must be fully flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Christmas etc. Average 5 x 6 hours shifts per week.
2 x part-time positions considered based on 16-20 hours a week.
A fully funded modern apprenticeship offering NVQ levels 2,3,4 and 5, is also available to the right candidate who wishes to develop a career and progress through the hospitality industry. (must be under 25) 16 - 20 hours a week.
Pay dependent on age and experience. Must be 18 or over to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Open and closing the premises.
- Bar-tending, waiting on tables, making desserts.
- Safely managing customers with allergens.
- Checking in/out hotel guests and ensuring they have a comfortable stay.
- Using touch screen tills and cash handling.
- Promote the business - promotions, local events, offers.
- Cleaning duties inside and in the garden.
- Obtaining reviews from customers.
- Complete all necessary training.
- Comply with all food safety and food hygiene laws.
- Comply with all Licensing laws and company policies.
