What You'll Be Doing
You'll build great relationships with customers, understand their homeownership goals and recommend mortgage solutions that help them move forward with confidence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising customers across a full range of whole-of-market mortgage products.
- Understanding each customer's circumstances and recommending suitable mortgage solutions.
- Working from high-quality qualified leads to generate new business.
- Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Working closely with our Life Protection team to deliver the best possible customer outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM systems.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets.
- Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company processes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for positive, driven people who love speaking to customers, enjoy achieving great results and want to be part of a team that's going places.
You'll ideally have:
- CeMAP qualification (essential).
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and lending criteria.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative approach with the confidence to influence and close business.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop.

Our package includes:
· £35,000 basic salary.
· Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £63,000+ (Top performers earning £80,000–£90,000).
· High-quality qualified leads provided.
· Dedicated administration support, allowing you to focus on advising customers.
· Opportunity to join our Company Share Scheme
(available to the first 10 qualifying new Advisors, worth up to £50,000).

Salary: starting amount is £30,000 rising to £35,000 once CAS (Competent Advisor Status) is achieved.
