About the job
Assist in the smooth running of the DAPSUK Service operation, liaising with customers & DAPS team members in the coordination and organisation of the field operations team.
Main Responsibilities
· Ensure all site work is planned to its most efficient way possible
· Incoming phone calls and emails are responded to within a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
· All parts are ordered and delivered before work is to commence
· All permits, RAMS & site access is organised before work commencement.
· Answer incoming telephone calls & manage incoming emails
· Develop & maintain a good working relationships & a focussed can do approach & attitude with customers & DAPS team.
· Assist in the accurate forecasting of W.I.P liaising with the service supervisors in view of reporting.
· Offer completed works for invoicing and report accordingly.
· Ensure engineers have the full information at all times.
· Respond to site issues in a timely manner & have an understanding of the contracts KPI’s.
· Update the team on any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
· Highlight any site issues and report to a supervisor or manager within in a timely manner.
· Keep up to date the operating system, SalesForce and if necessary the ERP system, IFS.
· To comply with all Health & Safety practices & regulations set out by the company.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Previous coordination experience in a service environment
Required Experience
· Previous coordination experience is essential
· Good working knowledge of CRM & ERP systems, Microsoft Word & Excel
· Understanding of profit margins & other top level financial activities
· Excellent communication & organisational skills & use of the English written & verbal language.
