We are looking for someone who is available all year around (permanent not seasonal) 14-24 hours a week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced part time shift leader for our Swansea store, the ideal candidate must have a background in hospitality and be confident in running all aspects of a frozen yoghurt shop, as well as motivating and managing staff. There will be lots of room to progress so this would be a fantastic opportunity to grow within the company.
This is a permanent, part-time position with the opportunity for full-time going forward.
You will be responsible for:
· Greeting, serving and making sure customers have the best possible experience at Frozziyo.
· Maintaining and updating the Epos system.
· Supervising 1, possibly 2 staff members and helping them to achieve amazing customer service
· Stock, ordering and maintenance.
· Making sure all health, safety, and food standards are met and kept to the highest possible standard.
· Having a good understanding of menus and allergy files and being able to assist any customers with dietary needs.
· Cashing up and reporting.
· Opening and closing the store and ensuring all paperwork and cleaning schedules are kept up to date throughout the day.
· Ensuring the machines are well stocked with the product and machines are cleaned as per the schedule.
