We're looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Care Supervisor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care and thrive in a leadership role, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact every day.
You'll support and inspire our care team, build meaningful relationships with clients and families, and help ensure our services consistently meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Job Role:
- Undertake initial assessments of our customers.
- Complete and update care plans ensuring they are fully detailed of customers needs.
- Complete and review dynamic risk assessments.
- Complete audits on care plans, risk assessments and carer visit notes.
- Take part in bi-monthly team meetings.
- Supporting the management team in the office when required.
- Support carers with any customer related queries.
- Signpost clients to local services and community resources where appropriate
- Supporting with the on call rota - 1 weekend in 4 as standard and some week nights when needed. (Weekends are paid at an additional rate of £50 per day).
Delivering Outstanding Client Care:
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
- Complete client assessments and reviews, ensuring care plans remain accurate and person-centred.
- Respond professionally and promptly to queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Tailor services to each individual's needs, preferences, and goals.
Driving Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure all care is delivered in line with CQC standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement.
- Champion safeguarding, health & safety, and best practice across the service.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in domiciliary care, with previous supervisory or senior care experience.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and scheduling skills.
- Confident leadership with the ability to motivate and support others.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred

Working Patterns:
You will be required to work during the hours of Monday - Friday, 9 - 5.
Flexibility is required for on-call duties - including evenings and weekends on a 4 week rota basis and you must be available to attend care visits if required during your on call weekend.
Company Car
A company car is available to complete assessments and reviews. This will need to be collected and returned to our Chilham office.
*A maximum of 6 penalty points to be able to use this vehicle.
Pay:
Your 37.5 hours will be paid at £27000 per year.
On call on a weekend is paid at £50 per day.
If using your own car, mileage is paid at 22p per mile.
