About Us
OneBeyond Retail Limited (formerly known as OneBelow Retail Limited) is a British variety store. As part of our growing operations, we are looking for a dedicated Stock Controller to support our warehouse and inventory management processes.
The Role
As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for managing stock within our warehouse, ensuring accuracy, and efficiency to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary
- Receive, check, and record incoming deliveries
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits
- Organise warehouse storage to maximise efficiency
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
- Prepare reports on stock usage and trends
Requirements
- Previous experience in stock control, warehouse, or inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills (e.g., Excel, stock systems)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Desirable
- Experience in a technology or fast-paced operational environment
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and health & safety regulations
