Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and provide detailed product information to assist their purchasing decisions
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently, fostering long-term relationships with clients
- Manage sales processes, including preparing proposals and following up on leads
- Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems
- Organise appointments, schedules, and sales documentation to optimise workflow and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally within environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales operations and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Valid driving licence and comfortable driving as part of the role
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of IT tools and software applications used in sales environments is desirable
