Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, ticketing system and Social based chats
- Support customers with order related queries
- Process order cancellations and refund requests in line with company policy
- Assist with returns, claims and other post purchase enquiries
- Investigate customer concerns and work towards fair, timely resolutions
- Handle complaints calmly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions across relevant systems
- Manage a busy workload during peak periods while maintaining a high standard of service
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence communicating by telephone and online messaging
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complaints professionally
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new platforms
- Experience in e-commerce, order management or TikTok Shop is advantageous
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, particularly during peak periods
