Overview
We are seeking a Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner to join our automotive service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting tyres, performing wheel alignments, and ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for vehicle maintenance and customer service to develop their skills within a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Remove and replace tyres using appropriate hand and power tools
- Conduct precise wheel alignments to optimise vehicle handling and tyre longevity
- Inspect tyres and wheels for damage or wear, recommending repairs or replacements as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures and addressing customer queries effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in tyre fitting, wheel alignment, or automotive maintenance is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
