Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Assist with food preparation and setup to support smooth service operations
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and food safety standards to answer guest questions confidently
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
- Support catering events by serving guests efficiently and managing multiple tables or groups
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic culinary knowledge or experience in food preparation is a plus
- Hotel or culinary experience can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service
