We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a highstreet fashion retail store in Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global fashion retailer where you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving commercial performance, and developing a high-performing team.
As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring outstanding visual merchandising, operational excellence, and a customer-first culture while achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive sales performance by analysing KPIs, setting objectives, and implementing action plans to maximise results.
- Monitor store profitability, stock levels, and commercial performance to achieve business targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop colleagues, creating an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation are maintained.
- Deliver operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting exceptional service.
- Work closely with senior management and support functions to drive overall business performance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Store Manager within a fast-paced fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive sales and exceed KPI targets.
- An inspirational leader with experience recruiting, coaching, and developing successful teams.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Solution-focused with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong visual merchandising awareness and an eye for detail.

- Flexible to work a retail rota, including weekends.
