We are looking for reliable and professional Cleaning Operatives who share our commitment to quality, customer service and attention to detail. Successful applicants will play an important role in delivering exceptional cleaning services across our client sites while maintaining the high standards our customers expect from Simply Spotless Cleaning Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites, ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to sanitise surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as toilets, kitchens, and reception areas
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning activities to management promptly
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet roll as needed
Atlas Workforce Management
At Simply Spotless Cleaning Ltd, we use Atlas Workforce Management to support our teams and ensure effective communication across our sites.
You will be required to:
- Access work schedules and shift information through Atlas
- Receive company updates and communications
- Access site-specific instructions and cleaning specifications
- Complete attendance records where required
- Follow company procedures using digital workforce management tools
Full training will be provided.
Desirable
- Previous cleaning experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety procedures
- Experience using workforce management systems such as Atlas
Please note: A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who can reliably travel to and from their assigned work locations using public transport or other means.
Skills
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and time management capabilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities

Pay: £13.48-£14.81 per hour
