Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant / couple to join our team , responsible for maintaining cleanliness in rooms, public areas and staff accommodation. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to a welcoming environment for all visitors. Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable, and a professional attitude is essential to deliver exceptional service. Subsidized live in accommodation with free wifi, and all bills. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas and staff areas according to organisational standards
- Change bed linen, towels, and replenish amenities as required
- Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and ensure all surfaces are spotless
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary
- carry out turn down service
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes
Experience
- Previous experience in 4 or 5 star hotels is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
