Overview
We are seeking a talented Beautician to join our team. As a Beautician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the confidence and satisfaction of our clients through your skills and expertise.
Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty and laser hair removal treatments, including facials, and skincare consultations.
- Provide personalised beauty advice to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised and well-maintained.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer the best services possible.
- Assist in promoting clinic services and products to enhance client engagement.
Experience
- Experience in Laser Hair Removal machines (Cynosure Elite Plus)
- Experience in Facials and Microneedling.
- Previous experience in a beauty or cosmetology role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively in English.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continually learn and grow within the field.
Qualifications
- MUST HOLD a certificate of :
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
- NVQ Level 4 Laser Therapy
- VTCT/ITEC/CIBTAC/BTEC 3 or 4 (massage therapist)
