Works alongside head chef to manage daily kitchen activities including; overseeing staff, aiding
with menu preparation, ensuring fresh food quality and monitoring orders & stock take.
Must have experience in all areas of the kitchen and be hands on with prep.
Provides high food standards consistently by following designated food specs and recipes.
4 days on 3 day off.
we try to rotate a weekend off system so everybody get 1 weekend off a month.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
