Summary
We are seeking to appoint an apprentice to join our team of support staff within Early Years and Key Stage 1. We are looking for someone who enjoys sport and outdoor activities so they can enthusiastically support all our learners in outdoor provision, Forest School and at playtime and lunchtime. They will also have lots of opportunity to support children in busy, engaging classrooms helping children learn through lots of talk and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is hard-working, reliable and keen to make a difference!
Working under the guidance of class teachers and experienced staff, the apprentice will support pupils in class, in small groups and on a one‑to‑one basis indoors and outdoors. Lots of support, training and mentoring will be given within this warm, family and welcoming primary school environment.
The apprentice will be supported with induction and internal training in their role and will be supported by their workplace mentor.
