Selection Process for the Barber & Stylist Position
Step 1: Portfolio Submission

Step 2: On-Site Skill Demonstration
Following a review of your portfolio, selected candidates will be invited to our premises for a practical assessment. This will take place on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, at your convenience. You will be asked to perform a haircut on a model you bring or demonstrate various techniques on the salon owner. This is your stage to shine and display your technical prowess and artistry.
Step 3: Paid Trial Shift
Candidates who impress us in the second stage will be offered a compensated trial shift. This is not only a chance for us to gauge your fit with our team but also an opportunity for you to experience our salon's atmosphere and workflow.
Final Selection
Should you excel through all three stages and stand out as the premier candidate amongst your peers, we will be thrilled to welcome you aboard. Salary details are competitive and commensurate with experience; these will be discussed post-portfolio submission.
