We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tyre Garage Supervisor to lead our tire maintenance and repair operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily tyre fitting, repair, and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, technical procedures, and quality control measures
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment to prevent shortages and optimize resource use
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery, performing or coordinating necessary maintenance or repairs
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their tyre needs and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and safety checks for compliance and reporting purposes
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive tyres, wheels, and related systems
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., for tire installation and repairs
- Experience using power tools safely for tyre mounting or dismounting tasks
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures for garage equipment and tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting regularly in a fast-paced environment
- Previous supervisory experience in an automotive or garage setting is preferred but not essential
