Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and to contribute to our growth and success. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering marketing activities, including digital content, events and promotional materials.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver agreed marketing activities that support the UK sales team and align with agreed sales priorities, marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns as agreed with the Sales Manager and Group Marketing Executive, including scheduling activity, preparing content and monitoring campaign effectiveness.

Coordinate UK conferences, exhibitions and customer events, including preparing event materials, brochures and promotional items, supporting event logistics and attending events where required.

Produce and maintain sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentation materials, case studies, product information and other customer-facing documents required by the UK sales team.

Review and report on the success of campaigns, events and digital activity, using agreed measures to identify what worked well, areas for improvement and recommend follow-up activity.

Support the Sales Manager and Group Marketing Executive by monitoring relevant competitor activity, market themes and customer engagement trends, and sharing practical observations that may inform future marketing activity.

Liaise with external suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders as required to deliver agreed marketing materials, campaigns, events and other marketing activities on time and to the required standard.
Preferred skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience with B2B marketing strategies is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing functions such as CRM or analytics tools is desirable.

Strong organisational skills essential for success in this role.
