Duties
- Assisting with general construction, maintenance, and site preparation tasks
- Handling materials and tools safely and efficiently
- Supporting skilled tradespeople with their daily activities
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Moving and positioning materials or equipment as required on-site
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials or machinery as needed
- Participating in site inspections and reporting any hazards or issues promptly
Qualifications
- CSCS Card
- Prior experience in labouring, construction, or related fields is essential
- Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks over extended periods
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
- Valid UK driving licence and own transport is required
- Commitment to health and safety protocols at all times
- Must have rights to work in the UK
