Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and eco-friendly products to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and respecting their privacy.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Complete cleaning checklists and report any maintenance issues or damages to clients promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for both yourself and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments; hotel or hospitality experience is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products suitable for residential settings.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your schedule efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and driving license to travel between client locations as needed. Miles (£ 0.20 x mile) will be paid from first client to the last one.
