Multi award winning ,Privately owned Small Country house hotel, Currently 2 AA Rosette and are looking for a motivated ,food loving head chef with flare to prepare and serve a set daily changing 4 course meal to upto 14 covers each evening. Must be enthusiastic, flexible and able to adapt to various dietary requirements .This is an opportunity for a talented chef wishing to show off his skills without worrying too much about budgetary restraints .Alternatively a experienced chef wanting to cook in a dinner party environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Kitchen .
This is a live out position.
5.5 days per week
Straight Shifts
In addition to salary there is also excellent gratuities with 7 weeks Per Annum Leave to be taken in the winter (closed Christmas and New Year).Plus one week closed in the summer school holidays.July/August.
