Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing maintenance and repair activities. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff and contractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Oversee rental activities, including tenant screening, rent collection, and tenant check ins and check outs.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimise operational efficiency and maximise occupancy rates.
- Handle tenant enquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Ensure all properties adhere to relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.
- Utilise property management software to assist with efficient property operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues requiring maintenance attention, ensuring prompt resolution.
Experience
- Experience within property, estate agency, lettings or facilities management roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supervising experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication within the team and with tenants. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact in property management through leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning.
- Full driving licence and use of car as driving to properties is a key part of this role - mileage will be paid.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
