An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and skilled Band 6 Specialist Podiatrist to join our supportive and progressive Podiatry team within the Hertfordshire Division at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) .
You will join a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and improving outcomes for our patients. Provide high-quality, day-to-day clinical care across a variety of sites, working within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Provide professional and clinical leadership, ensuring patients remain at the centre of care delivery and the highest standards of clinical care are maintained.
Support the delivery of effective clinical pathways and contribute to maintaining high standards of care within the service.
Demonstrate compassionate and empathetic leadership, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Teach, support and inspire colleagues through the active demonstration of high-quality clinical practice and professional leadership.
Actively engage in learning and professional development, continuing to build your specialist clinical and leadership skills within the Band 6 role.
Contribute positively to our growing, supportive and dedicated Podiatry team, helping to deliver excellent outcomes and experiences for our patients.
