About Us
Loading Center Logistics Ltd is a growing logistics and warehousing company based in Great Blakenham, Ipswich.
We provide warehousing, fulfilment, container handling, stock management, e-commerce logistics and distribution services for a wide range of B2B and B2C customers.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading goods, pallets and containers
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Moving and transferring goods within the warehouse
- Labelling, palletising and repacking stock
- Carrying out stock replenishment and stock movements
- Processing returns and other warehouse tasks
- Using warehouse management systems and handheld devices where required
- Maintaining accurate stock and task records
- Carrying out general warehouse housekeeping
- Keeping working areas clean, safe and organised
- Following Health & Safety procedures and company SOPs
- Supporting other warehouse activities as required
What We Are Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence is desirable
- Forklift licence or previous forklift experience is highly desirable
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with physically demanding warehouse work and manual handling
- Basic computer skills
- Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and willing to support different warehouse activities when required

Working Environment
This is a hands-on warehouse role. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment involving manual handling, pallet movement, loading/unloading and a variety of daily warehouse tasks.
