About the Role
We're looking for two organised and customer-focused people to join our showroom team.
You'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping to manage enquiries, arrange appointments with our Sales Designers and make sure customers are kept informed throughout their journey with us.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration and showroom support. You'll play an important part in creating a positive experience for our customers from their first enquiry through to completion.
Working alongside our Sales Administration Lead and wider sales team, you'll help manage customer enquiries, coordinate appointments and ensure customers receive clear and consistent communication throughout their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers into our showroom and creating a positive first impression.
- Answering customer enquiries via telephone, email, website and face-to-face.
- Booking appointments for customers to meet with our Sales Designers.
- Keeping customers informed throughout their journey and ensuring enqueries are responded to promptly.
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Recording customer interactions, correspondence and progress notes.
- Supporting the Sales Administration Lead and wider sales team with administrative tasks.
- Assisting with quotations, correspondence and customer communications where required.
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming showroom environment.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, showroom environments or sales support would be advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
Working Pattern
This role follows a fixed alternating rota and offers a predictable work-life balance.
Week 1
- Monday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Friday: 11:00am – 4:30pm
- Thursday Off
Week 2
- Monday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 12:00pm – 5:30pm
- Friday Off
A 30-minute unpaid break applies to Monday-Wednesday shifts.
The rota is fixed and predictable; however, there may be occasions where holiday cover is required to support the team during periods of annual leave. Any changes would be agreed in advance and shared fairly across the team.
