Your Mission:
As our Housekeeper, your primary goal will be to maintain the impeccable standards The Fox Hall Inn is known for. You will be the foundation of our guest experience, ensuring every corner of our establishment is perfect. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, as you'll also be a friendly voice and face for our guests.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Mastering our Rooms: You'll take ownership of our 11 guest bedrooms, ensuring each one is cleaned, sanitised, and prepared to the highest standard for incoming guests.
- Keeping Us Gleaming: You will maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our bustling restaurant, cosy bar, and all guest service areas.
- Behind-the-Scenes Excellence: You'll ensure our back-of-house areas are just as clean and organised as the front, creating an efficient and pleasant work environment for everyone.
- Welcoming Our Guests: You will support our front-of-house team by confidently answering the phone, taking dinner and room reservations, and providing a warm, professional first impression of The Fox Hall Inn.
