We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
Full-time position
Detling, Kent – Yard Based
Starting in October
Competitive salary, depending on experience
The Role Includes
* Monitoring daily team performance and production
* Ensuring teams are on site and starting on time
* Monitoring productivity and avoidable downtime
* Following up on early finishes and performance issues
* Monitoring attendance and daily output
* Working closely with the supervisor and field teams
* Keeping accurate production records
* Helping improve productivity across the operation
We’re Looking For You
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and confident individual who is comfortable communicating with teams and challenging issues when necessary.
Experience in:
Utilities | Civils | Construction | Infrastructure | Operations
would be highly desirable.
