Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to meet client preferences and needs.
- Offer specialized services such as barbering, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to diversify client options.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client requests, offering professional advice, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upsell products and services confidently to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, providing feedback, and supporting their professional development.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with skills in styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Additional expertise in barbering is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience with store management or supervisory roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions and makeup application to expand service offerings.
- Ability to upsell services and products while maintaining genuine customer care.
- Passion for mentoring others and fostering a collaborative team environment.
