Job Vacancy: Vehicle Recovery Driver – for Scunthorpe/Grimsby
To support our expansion program! We’re looking for several committed and reliable Recovery Drivers to join our team and help us deliver first-class roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services in Scunthorpe/Grimsby.
Location: Scunthorpe/Grimsby based
Hours: Full-time, including some evenings, nights, and weekends (rotas/shifts apply)
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience (between £13.50 and £14.50 per hour)
Key Responsibilities
- Recover broken down or damaged cars
- Provide excellent customer service at breakdown scenes
- Ensure all vehicles are recovered safely and efficiently
- Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately
- Carry out basic roadside assistance where safe to do so
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (Category C minimum)
- Experience operating recovery vehicles or HGVs desirable (full training available)
- Good local knowledge of North Lincolnshire and surrounding areas
- Physically fit, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Must be able to pass vetting/DBS checks
