Responsibilities
Assist the lead florist in designing and assembling fresh floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and seasonal themes.
Maintain the freshness and appearance of all flowers by properly watering, trimming, and handling them with care.
Organize and merchandise floral displays to attract customers and optimize sales opportunities.
Communicate effectively with customers including English to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Help ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including storage areas and display zones.
Experience
At least one years previous experience as a florist or working with flowers enthusiasm for learning is essential.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency or other languages is a plus for engaging diverse customers.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of merchandising principles to create visually appealing displays that drive sales.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative independently.
