We are a busy, vibrant pub located in the heart of Shepherds Bush, known for our great atmosphere, cold beers, and killer burgers. We pride ourselves on serving fresh, high-quality pub comfort food in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
We are currently looking for a reliable, hard-working Line Cook / Burger Chef to join our tight-knit kitchen team.
The Role
Your main focus will be smashing out incredible burgers and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves the energy of a busy service and takes pride in every plate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Burger Station: Cooking and assembling our signature burgers to high standards during busy lunch and dinner shifts.
- Prep Work: Taking charge of daily food preparation (chopping veggies, prepping patties, making sauces, ensuring stock levels are ready for service).
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation in line with food safety regulations.
- Teamwork: Working closely with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Commis Chef (experience with burgers/grill is a huge plus!).
- Ability to work fast and stay calm under pressure during peak hours.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
