Due to continued growth, we're looking for two skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives / Multi Traders to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role
You'll carry out a variety of remedial and aftercare works in occupied and newly completed homes throughout the South East, including but not limited to:
- Painting and decorating
- Basic carpentry and joinery
- Tiling, grouting and finishing
- Silicone application and finishing
- General property repairs and snagging
...and any other remedial or maintenance works required to restore homes to the high standards expected by our clients.
As you'll be working in customers' homes, professionalism, respect and excellent customer service are just as important as your trade skills.
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or multi-trade work
- A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- A full UK driving licence
- A valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
