We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team. The successful applicant will need to be a fast learner, able to use their own initiative, and committed to providing high‑quality administrative support within a busy clinical environment.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Due to the operational needs of the service, the successful applicant will be required to work these core hours.
Work base: On‑site only
The Renal Patient Pathway Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support across Renal Services, including General Nephrology, Renal Frailty, Low Clearance, Renal Transplant, K-FIT and Renal Vascular Access. The role is responsible for coordinating patient pathways from referral to treatment and discharge, supporting RTT performance, managing patient appointments and ensuring efficient communication between patients, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
The post holder will act as a key point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring a high standard of customer service and contributing to the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care.
