We are a well-established, family-run construction company looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our growing team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work on a variety of construction projects, supporting tradespeople and carrying out skilled labouring duties to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- General site preparation and maintenance
- Assisting skilled tradespeople on site
- Basic construction and finishing works
- Loading and unloading materials
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or skilled labouring - minimum of 3 years
- Good practical skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Own transport and tools
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
