We’re always looking for exceptional people to join our multinational team of talented professionals. We’re currently seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join our global Marketing team and support the delivery of impactful, data-driven digital campaigns across international markets.
This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in the UK.
As our Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engage customers, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth. Working collaboratively with global marketing, sales, product teams, and external partners, you will help transform business objectives into effective digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.
This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer who enjoys combining creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking to improve campaign performance and deliver engaging customer experiences across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, email, website, social media, and content marketing channels.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and return on investment.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Support digital content development and ensure campaigns are tailored to different customer audiences and global markets.

Use insights, market trends, and customer data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience delivering successful digital marketing campaigns, ideally within a global or multi-market environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation.

Experience using analytics tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms to measure performance and drive improvements.

Experience managing digital content and working with content management systems (ideally Drupal).

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (such as SAP Marketing Cloud), social media management tools (such as Hootsuite), and project management tools would be beneficial.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
