Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Lead and motivate staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment
- Oversee food production and food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Manage customer interactions, addressing concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu execution, ingredient quality, and timing of service
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to enhance performance
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality settings
- Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with managing restaurant workflows, including managing schedules and inventory
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and guests alike
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage preparation and customer service
