Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer – Eastbourne
A growing, full-service law firm is looking for an experienced residential property professional to join its thriving team in Eastbourne.
You’ll manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion, acting for clients including first-time buyers, home movers, landlords and investors.
You’ll be:
A qualified solicitor (NQ+) or experienced licensed conveyancer/conveyancing executive
Confident managing your own caseload
Commercially minded and keen to build client relationships
An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
Experienced in using a case management system
