Take charge of a portfolio of M&E compliance contracts — with genuine ownership of your day-to-day, the backing of an established team and proven processes, and a growing business that rewards people who take initiative.
Dayco Property Maintenance Ltd is a fast-growing, people-first maintenance company delivering M&E Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) servicing and repairs to residential blocks and estates across London and the South East. We are scaling our Compliance Division, and we want someone to take real ownership of the day-to-day running of our servicing contracts.
This is the kind of role where what you build actually matters. You will not be a small cog in a big machine, you will be the person clients, engineers and subcontractors rely on to keep everything running smoothly, and you will have a direct hand in shaping how this part of the business grows.
Why you'll want this role
- Real ownership — you run your contracts end to end and make the calls that keep them on track.
- Room to grow — as our Compliance Division expands, so does this role; we want someone who grows with it
- People-first culture — a supportive, close-knit team where you are known by name, not a number
- Work-life balance — hybrid working with up to 2 days a week from home
- Forward-thinking — we actively encourage smarter ways of working, including using AI and new tools to cut out the busywork
- A business going places — join at a point where you can genuinely influence the journey
What you'll be doing
You will own the smooth running of our PPM servicing contracts and associated repairs from start to finish:
- Setting up and managing M&E PPM servicing contracts
- Preparing quotes and costings for servicing and remedial works
- Scheduling and coordinating in-house engineers and specialist subcontractors
- Keeping subcontractors on track so works are completed on time and to standard
- Keeping clients informed with proactive, friendly communication
- Preparing and issuing accurate reports
- Arranging and attending site meetings as needed
- Support quoting across our wider Maintenance Division
- Keeping records, certification and reporting accurate and up to date
You'll work closely with the Managing Director and senior team, so your ideas get heard and acted on.
The services you'll help us deliver
Our M&E PPM servicing covers a range of building systems, including:
- Pumping & water systems (booster sets, pressurisation, tanks, water hygiene/Legionella)
- Electrical (fixed wire testing/EICRs, emergency lighting, lightning protection)
- Fire & life safety (fire alarms, AOV smoke ventilation, dry/wet risers, extinguishers)
- Ventilation & air conditioning (LEV/TR19, AC, F-Gas)
- Heating & mechanical (communal heating, plant, HVAC)
You'll thrive here if you are
- Exceptionally organised, with an eye for detail you're quietly proud of. Accuracy in information, calculations and scheduling comes naturally
- A natural with people, building rapport and trust with clients and contractors is second nature
- Familiar with — or quick to learn — how M&E systems (pumping, water, electrical, fire and ventilation) are serviced and maintained
- Commercially switched-on, balancing great service with a sharp eye on the numbers
- Self-motivated and happy to run with things, while keeping the team in the loop
- Confident with IT and quick to pick up new software. Bonus points if you're curious about how AI could make the role smarter
