Full-Time Property Maintenance Operative
Lion Management | Manchester
Lion Management is looking for a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Operative to join our growing team.
A company van, tools and all equipment will be provided. You'll carry out general property maintenance, repairs, manage and complete small refurbishment projects, and ensure all works are finished to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Experience in property maintenance and small refurbishments.
- Ability to manage jobs from start to finish.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Reliable, professional and hard-working.
- Able to work under pressure and complete jobs efficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work on your own initiative.
- Takes pride in delivering quality work.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of jobs, work efficiently, manage small refurbishments, and represent Lion Management professionally at all times.
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
