We are looking for a Retail Manager to oversee the Vampire Vape Burnley store. To maximize sales and profit in the store and take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store and ensure our customers have an excellent level of customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Implement sales and marketing strategy within the store in line with our Company offers to maximise sales.
- Take responsibility for meeting budgets targets and constantly striving to maximise sales revenue.
- Keep abreast of our competitor deals, offers and press releases and take an interest in the vaping industry, sharing your findings with management.
- Stock control, reduce wastage and keeping shrinkage to a minimum.
- Increase average order value and store footfall by maximising sales opportunities an upselling wherever appropriate.
- Deliver excellent service to customers.
- Act as our Brand Ambassador
- Responsibility for the banking for the store and ensuring that accounts are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Manage point-of-sale processes, including taking payments in cash or by card.
- Make suitable recommendations to customers, including describing key features and benefits of products.
- Take and manage deliveries and returns.
- Ensure the store is kept clean, neat, tidy, and welcoming to customers.
- Professionally take on feedback from customers and report back to the wider business.
- You may be occasionally required to provide cover for our other Vampire Vape store if requested
- Promote and ensure the good reputation of Flavour Warehouse and its individual divisions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures within the defined timescales.
- Undertake any other tasks which can be reasonably expected in relation to the role
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience of working within a sales-driven retail environment and achieving set targets
- Knowledge of vaping or an interest in the vaping industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good people skills
- An analytical mind
- A responsible attitude
- Good organisation and presentation skills
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Drivers Licence and access to own transport desirable (to assist with occasional alternative store cover)
