We are looking for a reliable and responsible Gateman to join our team in Medstead.
The Role
As Gateman, you will be responsible for controlling access to the site, welcoming visitors, monitoring vehicles and deliveries, and helping to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Control access and egress to the site
- Check and record visitors, contractors and deliveries
- Direct vehicles safely around the site
- Maintain accurate site logs and records
- Monitor the entrance and report any issues
- Communicate professionally with staff, visitors and contractors
- Follow all site health and safety procedures
About You
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Confident communicating with members of the public and site personnel
- Able to remain alert and attentive throughout the working day
- Previous experience in a gateman, security, traffic marshal or similar role is desirable
- Correct tickets needed - traffic marshal/ banksman / gateman certificate or ticket
