Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and custom nail art with precision and creativity
- Offer additional beauty treatments including eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
- Manage costumers interactions with warm hospitality, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the front desk to the treatment area
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell products and services effectively by understanding client needs and promoting relevant treatments or retail items
- Assist with social media management by sharing updates, promotions, and showcasing your work to attract new clients
- Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring guests leave feeling pampered and valued
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
- Knowledge of current trends in nail care, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments
- Exceptional communication skills to connect confidently with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
