Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the latest in panel processing machinery including Beamsaw, edgebander and CNC drilling centre to produce high-quality kitchen cabinets through precise fabrication and assembly processes. Your expertise will contribute to creating functional, durable, and aesthetically appealing cabinetry that meets our clients’ specifications. Responsibilities
- Operate various machinery, hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components with accuracy and efficiency
- Fabricate cabinet parts according to detailed specifications, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process
- Assemble cabinet units, including fitting doors, drawers, hinges, and hardware with precision
- Use carpentry and joinery skills as needed for custom modifications
- Conduct quality checks at each stage of production to ensure durability and finish standards are maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Assist with installation preparations and collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Skills
- Proficiency in fabrication techniques, assembly processes, and the use of associated machinery, hand tools and power tools
- CNC programming and operation essential to one of the roles available
- Strong bench skills for precise cutting, fitting, and finishing of cabinetry components
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky materials
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving abilities in a manufacturing setting

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
