We are currently looking for a HR & Training Administrator to join our team at Tunstead. This role is easily commutable from Buxton, Sheffield, Stockport, Chesterfield, Macclesfield, Mansfield and the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities
The HR & Training Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR and Training function, ensuring the efficient delivery of people processes, training coordination and business support activities including procurement. The role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll processes, coordinating employee development activities and facilitating positive employee experiences across the business. The postholder will work closely with managers, supervisors, colleagues and external providers to ensure HR and training activities are delivered effectively and professionally.
The role of HR & Training Administrator is a varied, complex and rewarding position that requires the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- GCSE English & Maths Level 4 or above
- Minimum CIPD level 3 qualified or willing to work towards
Experience:
- Experience within an administrative role
- Experience maintaining accurate records and data.
- Experience producing reports and analysing information.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Experience of using HIRA, Sharepoint and IFS (desirable)
- Experience of payroll inputting – desirable
Skills/Knowledge:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
