What you'll be doing
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care and support residents to live life as independently and fully as possible.
You'll:
- Support residents with personal care, hygiene, mobility, meals and daily activities in line with their individual Care Plan.
- Promote independence, choice and dignity at all times.
- Encourage residents to take part in personal and group activities.
- Build positive relationships and support residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records of care, wellbeing and resident choices.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide a safe, respectful and welcoming environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all relevant legislation, policies and professional standards.
What we're looking for
We're looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing excellent resident-focused care.
You'll have:
A willingness to complete our competency-based training
Good written and verbal English and communication skills.
Basic computer literacy.
The physical ability to carry out the role.
A genuine commitment to person-centred care.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
What you'll receive
- Days: £14.70 – £16.00 per hour
- Nights: £15.00 – £16.32 per hour
Pay rates increase following completion of core module training.
