Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience and be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
This role is cleaning for 3 hours on a Saturday morning, between 8am and 12pm.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or shortages
- Ensure all surfaces are free from dust, dirt, and stains, paying close attention to detail
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning tasks to management
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferable
- Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
