We are a UK top-30 mortgage brokerage on a business park just off Junction 25 of the M1 in Sandiacre. We support clients purchasing both new build and existing homes across the UK, and our relationship doesn't end once they receive their keys. Read this part before you apply
You do not need a financial services background; we will train you fully. But we do need someone who already knows how to work in a busy office. This role requires a minimum of two years in an office-based role. It is fast paced, deadline driven and phone heavy, and to do well you must be:
- Confident and clear on the phone, inbound and outbound, including with clients who are under time pressure
- Able to explain complicated matters simply
- Accurate under pressure, with real attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling and re-prioritising a busy caseload
- Quick to pick up new software
What you will actually do
Hold each client's hand from document collection through to mortgage completion. Handle inbound and outbound calls. Collect and quality-check documents ahead of adviser appointments. Chase and liaise with lenders and solicitors. Check application handovers and offer documents. Keep our systems accurate at all times. Escalate problems early so clients are never let down.

The practical bits
Office based on a business park in Sandiacre, just off J25 of the M1. Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday. You will need to be within a reasonable daily commute; this is not a remote or hybrid role.
Pay: £28,500.00-£31,500.00 per year
