We are now looking for a passionate and driven Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and take our food offering to the next level.
The Role:
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day kitchen operations with a fully hands-on approach, inspiring and motivating the team. - Oversee all kitchen operations including stock control, ordering, health & safety, and compliance.
- Manage food costs, GP targets, and staffing budgets.
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff.
- Work closely with the wider venue team to support events, pop-ups, and seasonal menus.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of kitchen finances, cost control, and health & safety regulations.
- Passion for the independent food, drink, and live events scene.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
- Opportunities for creative input and menu autonomy.
- Staff discounts across the venue and our wider portfolio.
- A vibrant, inclusive, and supportive working environment.
- Staff benefits including ticket discounts and wellbeing initiatives.
- The chance to be part of one of Leeds’ most beloved venues.
